Affirmative Action Plans & OFCCP Audits
*AAP and OFCCP Audit Assistance now available through MASCPA
MASCPA can provide member companies affordable Affirmative Action plan (AAP) expert assistance to meet OFCCP audit and compliance requirements. We have on-staff professional support for Affirmative Action, and Equal Employment Opportunity needs.
Prepare now, before the “Desk Audit” or “On-site Review” compliance review letter arrives from OFCCP.
We can provide assistance in developing:
- OFCCP required Affirmative Action reports and statistical analysis
- Affirmative Action narratives for minorities and women and help you establish placement targets when the percentage of minorities or women employed in a particular job group is less than would reasonably be expected given their availability, a placement goal is established. It is important to note that our statistical approach to declaring underutilization may cut down on the number of underutilized job groups and therefore the number of goals that need to be set.
- We provide Affirmative Action Plans for Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
- We provide support for clients undergoing audits and compliance reviews. We also generate Equal Opportunity (EO) Surveys, EEO-1 Reports, and VETS-100 Reports.
- If RIFs are anticipated, we can review both your methodology and the corresponding potential RIF impact on protected classes. Further, we analyze the specific RIF selection sets so that you may reconsider your choices before implementing the RIF.
MASCPA can also provide assistance with OFCCP required Affirmative Action systems such as applicant tracking, voluntary self-identification of applicants, annual letters to referral agencies, OFCCP required postings, development of an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy, and other OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. We also provide guidance with OFCCP Affirmative Action requirements for your "good faith effort" to correct underutilization.

This law (EO 11246) is administered and monitored by the OFCCP which is an agency within the Department of Labor (DOL).
