Talent Management

Organization Culture, Leadership, And Talent Alignment

MASCPA Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Talent Alignment process is a facilitated, practical, and hands-on approach to help your middle and se­nior executives identify opportunities to better align culture, leadership, and talent management systems with your organization’s strategic intent.

Your management team will go through a leadership effectiveness self-assessment as well as an organization culture assessment, to be better prepared to address their continued individual leadership develop­ment as well as options for better aligning leadership approaches to your culture and to your organization’s long term strategy.

This facilitated process will assist you in identifying current and desired organization cultural to ensure that your leadership team is properly supporting and encouraging the behaviors desired to drive purposeful cultural change within your organization.

The process includes an organizational cultural assessment of your workforce concluding in an eight hours (offsite) session with your leadership team. This facilitated process is intended to stimulate your thinking about activities or behaviors that can move your organization toward its desired future state.  It is focused on providing starting ideas to stimulate creative thinking on your part about your organization’s desired culture and the supporting leadership behaviors that drive culture in your organization.

Prior to an off-site facilitated session your employees will complete an Organizational Cultural Survey along with leadership participants completing a “Leadership Skills Self-assessment” and receiving de-identified “360 Leadership Feedback”, via a 1-hour individual one-on-one coaching feedback session with an analyst (prior to the off-site facilitated session).

The organizational culture and leadership survey results will then be used by your leadership team in considering what your organization wants to accomplish in the future. You will select ideas that will be most powerful to begin and sustain a culture change process.

FACILITATED OFF-SITE LEADERSHIP TEAM SESSION

  1. Overview of the Organization Culture Model and Leadership Model
  2. Review Cultural Assessment details and dimensions of your organization’s culture
  3. Reach Consensus on the Current Culture Strengths and Challenges
  4. Reach Consensus on the Desired Future Culture and Impact on dimensions of:
    1. Organizational Structure and Stability
    2. Competition & customers
    3. Creativity & innovation
    4. Collaboration & communication
  5. Identify Critical Gaps in Current Vs Desired Future Culture
  6. Review Leadership Model and how individual styles impact culture
  7. Brainstorm for ideas to impact Gaps in dimensions of your organization’s culture
  8. Develop an Implementation Plan

Your investment includes the Activity Vector Analysis™ (AVA), leadership skills self-assessments, compiling 360 leadership skills feedback, and individual one-on-one coaching feedback sessions for member of your leadership team; cultural assessment consolidated results; an 8 hour facilitated cultural / leadership alignment process with your leadership team; and a summary report on the facilitated session outcomes.
