Louise Hutchinson has practiced law in Pennsylvania for over 25 years. She often operates in a general counsel role for the companies she advises. Her experience includes General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to a connector manufacturer, federal regulatory attorney, creditors rights/bankruptcy practitioner and nonprofit board member and volunteer. Louise has worked extensively in the intellectual property and information technology fields with an emphasis on agreements, licensing and privacy. Having held positions in-house and in private practice, as well as in the private, government and nonprofit sectors, she understands legal challenges faced by different types of organizations.
