Conducting internal audits on your Food Safety Management System, GMPs, HACCP, etc. has never been more important than it is today. With key staff working remotely and regulatory agencies stretched thin or increasing social distancing, it is critical that you make food safety compliance monitoring a priority. We will discuss what qualifications an internal auditor should have, best practices for conducting internal audits (including various formats), and how to best utilize external resources.
